They’ve even passed 3 year old Lily’s seal of approval and believe me, she’s got high standards!
All of our kits are rigorously checked before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your kit, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can rectify it as best possible.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items will the refund be issued via the original method of payment. This can take 3-5working days to process.
Due to its personalised nature, our bespoke range is non-refundable so please ensure you are completely satisfied with what we have planned before committing to a purchase.
